The combination of these spacious converted barns creates an exceptionally spacious and luxurious holiday home which sleeps 14 people in seven bedrooms with seven bath or shower rooms. Apart from the upstairs games room, the property is all single storey. But there are 4 steps down between the dining room and area containing the main lounge and swimming pool.
The property benefits from gas central heating throughout and logs are provided for the woodburning stove in the dining room. There is parking for up to 6 cars. Sorry dogs are not allowed

This large room has a part vaulted ceiling with picture window and bi-fold doors giving extensive views over the main patio area to the hills to the south. Comfy seating areas, large log effect gas fire and 65inch Smart TV.
The modern spacious kitchen has a beamed and vaulted ceiling and french doors to an adjacent patio. Luxuriously fitted there are two ovens, an air fryer, a ceramic hob, two door larder style fridge-freezer and under counter fridge and two dish washers.
The dining area is accessed through an arch from the kitchen and is a large open plan space with a beamed and vaulted ceiling. There is a woodburning stove with logs supplied.The large dining table seats up to 14. Seating area by log fire with additional TV.
An additional serving area with wine and beer chillers and additional sink. There is a seperate alcove with washer/dryer.
This open plan suite has twin beds but can be a zip and link 6ft double. There is a small woodburning stove and a door to a patio area with outside seats. The shower area is open plan to the bedroom with a separate enclosed WC.
This compact bedroom has a 4’6 inch double bed with en-suite shower room.
This bedroom is fitted with a 5’ double bed and has an en-suite shower room.
A twin bedded room with two 3’ beds. This room has shared use of a shower room with bedroom 5.
This small bedroom has a 4’ 6 double bed and shared use of a shower room with bedroom four.
This spacious bedroom has a 5’ double bed and a large en-suite bathroom with shower over bath.
This very spacious bedroom has a 6ft double bed (can be twins) and has french doors providing its own external access. Large en-suite shower room with walk in shower.
Stairs to the first floor give access to the games room. Guests will find a table tennis table, a pool table and table football.
The spacious swimming pool measures 10 metre (33 ft) by 5 metre (16 ft) with a depth of 1.2 metre. It is heated to 30 degrees and has an electric controlled cover. An external door gives access to a south facing patio area with chairs and sun loungers.
The sauna, is accessed from the pool area, which can comfortably accommodate up to five people. There is a separate changing room with toilet and shower.
On the West side of the property accessed from the front door or the kitchen patio doors there is a patio area with casual seating and landscaped and grassed areas.
The main patio is to the South side of the property accessed from the lounge or the swimming pool. This extensive patio area, landscaped with raised beds, is furnished for external dining and casual sitting and sunbathing. A gate from this patio gives access to the games field and the tennis court.
There is parking for up to 6 cars.
Located in a Log Cabin with patio doors and accessed from the main patio the gym (adult use only),has a running machine, cross trainer and excercise bike.
