West Barn at Woodyhyde 
This beautiful three-bedroom property sleeps up to 6 persons in 3 bedrooms. The accommodation is all on the ground floor for easy access.
The property has recently been fitted out to a very high standard with underfloor heating throughout. Highchair and cot are available for infants.
Sorry dogs not permitted.

The Living Room
This large open plan area incorporates the kitchen, the dining area and the lounge area. The kitchen has a two-oven (and warming oven) Aga with two hot plates. For guests not used to cooking on an Aga, there is a conventional electric oven/microwave/grill and a two-burner hob. Large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a spacious breakfast bar and working surface handmade in antique oak. From the dining and lounge area, bi-fold doors give access to the patio and garden.
There is a wood-burning stove (logs provided) and a large smart TV.
Vaulted ceiling with oak beams.

Bedroom 1
A spacious bedroom with king-size (5ft) double bed and French doors to patio. En-suite shower room.

Bedroom 2
A more compact double bedroom with 5ft double bed.

Bedroom 3
Twin 3ft beds. Zip and link so can be a double if requested in advance. French doors to patio.

Bathroom
In addition to the en-suite in bedroom one, there is a family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower.

Outside Areas
To the front of the property, there is parking for 2 cars and a landscaped patio area. The bifold doors from the living room give access to the garden with an upper patio with dining table and small lawned area. Adjacent to that, down four stone steps is a sunken patio with additional seating area and firepit for barbeques. The property enjoys beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.

Please Note: the Woodyhyde Courtyard facilities of the swimming pool, sauna, games room, gym and tennis court are for the private use of guests staying at Woodyhyde Courtyard. So those facilities are not available to guests staying at West Barn unless it is booked in conjunction with a booking at Woodyhyde Courtyard.
